What types of property do you consider buying?
We review houses and land in Texas. Start by choosing the property type and sharing the address so Tony can review the details.
Why do you need the property address?
The address helps us review public property information before the conversation. Entering it does not generate an instant valuation or final offer.
What happens after I submit the form?
Tony or his team will call within 24 hours to discuss the property and your goals. Tony may discuss a preliminary range after reviewing the details; that is not the same as a final written offer.
How quickly can a direct sale close?
Timing depends on the property, title work, and the agreement. In one documented 2026 example, an inquiry for a house on Oakview Drive arrived May 18 and the purchase settled June 1, 14 calendar days later. That is one example, not a guarantee or typical result.
Do you charge a commission?
We do not charge an agent commission. Before you decide, we explain the offer and any title or payoff items that affect your proceeds.
Do I receive an instant offer after entering the address?
No. Tony reviews each property before calling to discuss whether a direct sale may fit and what the next steps could be.
